What is the "30-Minute Minimum"?
βΌTo cover administrative setup and diagnostic time, all On-Demand requests are billed a minimum of 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, you are simply billed by the minute for the actual time spent on your fix.
What is included in the monthly plans?
βΌAll plans include remote help desk, security updates, connectivity troubleshooting, printer/email support, and cyber monitoring up to your plan's monthly hour limit.
What happens if I use all my support hours?
βΌSupport doesn't stop once you hit your limit. Additional time is simply billed at our discounted "On-Demand" per-minute rate. We will always notify you before any overage charges apply.
